Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am not one to typically leave reviews unless I'm completely unsatisfied. I order this carpet cleaner and was super excited. Unfortunately the first one I ordered leaked from the solution tank. It also left my carpet soaked. So I ordered a second one to replace the first one in hopes that I just got a defected carpet cleaner. However after a few uses the second ones did the exact same thing. I won't be ordering this model ever again. What a total disappointment.
