I bought this juicer in November 2017 and by June 2019- it stopped working- not necessarily a problem but receiving support from the manufacturer has been poor. The actual juicer itself creates clear, fresh juice and is relatively small and blends in well in the kitchen. I used it daily-enjoyed the result. the issue is now with getting it fixed and getting a clear response from the manufacturer. The email exchange has been borderline ridiculous and the juicer is still in my kitchen-broken with no apparent solution. I am going to attempt to have it repaired locally but would likely not buy this product again.
