I have used several It Works products that I bought from a friend to support her business. So far I have bought the Hair, Skin, and Nails (which I love) The greens (Which are pretty good too) and these Fat fighters. To be honest, this is my least favorite purchase. These are supposed to be fat "blockers" and are supposed to be taken when you eat an extra fatty/carb meal. I normally eat healthy and exercise and I thought these would be good when I want that extra slice of pizza, or when I want a big cheeseburger. However, when I take these, I feel/look bloated (pretty bad) for several days. Which I thought was odd because other reviews said you might have an urge to use the bathroom after taking these. I had the complete opposite experience and felt more fat because I was bloated/constipated for DAYS. I tried once a week for over a month and it did it every time. Maybe my body just had an odd reaction to these pills. The other It Works stuff I purchased was great so this was a bummer. However when I want a fatty meal, I would rather do a bit more exercise than feel bloated and constipated for days. *Edit* I have had several "not helpful" votes on this, in addition to several messages from people who sell this product stating that I used this product wrong and that "It Works" is a good brand. First of all, I never said It Works is a bad brand. I have used several products and loved them. However, this one was a disappointment for me. So if you sell this product, I am not trying to hurt your business or say that It Works products are no good. I am giving an honest review of how these pill worked for me. Thank you
