This thing is complete, and utter garbage. Barely owned it a year, and we’ve had two different technicians come out to fix it. It’s already broken for a third time! I got on it for thirty seconds tonight at 3.0 MPH, and it jerk stopped me to a complete stop with an E-2 message. I thought I ruptured a knee ligament for a second. This is the fourth time it has jerk stopped me to a complete stop from a run without warning. It’s dangerous! I’ll be requesting a full refund, or a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and the state of manufacture Attorney General. Total lemon!
