Faulty Product - Less than 1 month of use and the charger failed.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife, and she enjoyed the first few uses. Now it is roughly 3 weeks old, and the charger for the unit has failed. This is a known issue online, and I submitted a ticket to Ember 1 week ago. I have not received any response, and the unit is nearing its return limit for amazon. I would not recommend this unit until they:
1. Improve their customer service.
2. Fix their units. This is a known issue that is recurring, and it has not been addressed.
