Oh man, I was so excited for this cause I am constantly making microscratches on my phone screen. So this time when I got my phone replaced I had the OMOTON screen protector ready to go straight out of the box. The thing is, the iPhone 8 Plus has a slightly beveled glass front which causes problems for the glass screen protectors. As a result what you get is a screen protector that is much smaller than the surface of your phone. Worse still is that even with this smaller sized screen protector it still managed to his the slight iPhone glass curved sections, so even if you do a perfect instal the edges come away from the glass. I’ve tried everything. I’ve tried holding them down longer with thumb pressure, tried putting the whole phone in a book, tried reapplying the glass, tried installing the second glass. Nothing helps with the problem. This glass just 100% does not work for this phone. Waste of money. And before the manufacturer responds, yes i did follow the instructions exactly. My instal was perfect no bubbles or dust, no reapplying (until later when I tried to do it as a troubleshoot step). *Update 3/29/18: I kept the screen protector on until one from a new manufacturer arrives. The OMOTON screen after less than 2 weeks has cracked in a corner and is full of micro scratches on the surface. In addition, some dude from OMOTON keeps emailing me wanting to resolve the issue so I change my review. I will not change my accurate and detailed review, stop trying to bully me into changing it!
