Will not work with 3-wire light switches
The HS-200 wall switch requires a 4-wire setup with a neutral (not just ground) wire to work. Neutral wires were not officially required in light switches until 2011 which means MOST existing light switches contain regular 3-wire configurations. This means they have a black/white/green (or bare) wire but no neutral 4-wire configuration. The switch will not work with 3-wire setups. The description does not plainly state this. The description says it requires a single light switch and a neutral wire but often the white wire in a 3-wire black/white/green is considered a neutral. The product may be fantastic but it is useless with a 3-wire setup and this should be plainly stated BEFORE you purchase it. Although the neutral wire requirement is listed it is buried deep in the description and many will think that the neutral wire is one of the wires in a 3-wire setup. Since MOST light switches are NOT compatible, this should be clearly indicated at the top of the listing, not way down, small and in language that will be misunderstood by many.
