Well, I have to say I like wen. I have the 2000w model and it works flawlessly, however it cannot run the ac, so I have upgraded to the 3800w model. You get some tools and an excellent funnel to make filling oil easy. You have to undo engine securing bolts before running it, and the paper that told you that was tucked in with the rest of the documentation and I can see someone missing it and trying to start the genny with the bolts still on. So, the issue that I did have. Filled with gas, filled with oil, put in the magnetic oil top that i had from my 2000w, turned to on and pushed button. Its cranking!!! But, no cigar. No matter what i did it would not start. I went through all the troubleshooting and the decided to check spark plug. Guess what, it was completely off, popped it back on and it started on the first pull!!! Yay!!! Now I just need to recharge the battery and we are good to go. The generator is quiet, and I am gona be a happy camper! It is pretty heavy, however the wheels and the handle make it very convenient to wheel around. Issue - the genny would not stay running. The spark plug top was disintegrated and it would fall off from vibration. Not sure who to contact.
