Absolutely horrible - waste of money
Went through the trouble of labeling CD's online, which they didn't even use. They did not rewind any VHS tapes before putting them on memory stick, so they're missing a lot of video. Called and customer service said they wouldn't do anything unless I send video evidence of this...I don't have a working VCR, that was the whole purpose of doing this very expensive service. The customer service person was unpleasant and not helpful. The video quality of what was on the memory stick was pretty bad.
