Had the chair for a couple of weeks now. This review is strictly about the chair. The seller who sold it, provided the best in service. I left them a 5 star review of their services, which match their "above and beyond" attitude. Now on to the chair... This chair is NOT ergonomically designed. The arms rests, which are fixed are too tall, even for a tall person. the length of the seat (from the backside to the back of the knees) is too large. The length of the back rest is too short, so it has no headrest, at all. A week in, and this is already squeaking and popping like it was a 2 year old chair. That says something about the quality of the chair. It is a sub-par chair and not one I would recommend. I see myself dumping this chair in the trash in about 2 months. It gets pluses for the convenient tool it includes, and the ease of build. In addition, it does look like a nice chair.
