I have used the Schwarzkopf brand of hair dye in a different line a few times previously. However, I decided to try this new product due to the 0% ammonia, etc. hoping it would be better for my hair and it still said up to 100% gray coverage. My gray was not covered at all. I was so devastated and should not have switched products right before a big event as I had to purchase a L'Oreal root cover up spray to temporarily remedy the issue. DO NOT buy this product if you are trying to cover your gray hair. (The picture of me is very disappointed after the hair dye process as you can see all the gray hair still and the second picture is the used product.) I am requesting a refund.
