I am convinced that these don’t really work. I switched from a 50 billion cfu Omax product that I could tell was working for me and only had 10 strains and it stopped my heartburn in its tracks. Two days after i started using this product which is supposed to be almost twice as potent if not more, it returned, and I have nothing left to go on that these capsules aren’t actually filled with flour or some other white powder because I’ve seen virtually NO signs that these are doing anything for my gut. Best seller or not, these simply aren’t worth the hype
