This was a solid 5 star food when it was the egg and rice formula. My cat is very sensitive to most food and the egg and rice worked well for over a year. New formula is terrible. Kibble is larger and chicken is first ingredient. The ingredients list has not been updated to new formula. He’s eating it but back to soft pudding stools. Taking this off auto delivery because it’s not a consistent product. I find it incredible that when you introduce a new food to a cat you’re supposed to do it over a period of time. This was BAM new formula with no warning from a company who manufactures the food and suggests how to feed. Edit 4/9/2019: Having success with Purina Pro Plan Lamb and Rice formula. We are now back to normal poops and no stomach pain howling. I did contact Hills who commented on this, and while I do appreciate them reaching out, I did not want coupons for another product.
