to clarify how home again works. You only need to pay the 1 time enrollment fee. They will make it sound like you have to pay an annual fee for the upgraded service. You just tell them you don't want the upgrade. That's it. I can tell you this is 100% true and will never change. They are one of the only microchip companies that are available 24 hours a day. They are a great company. the only reason I am rating this a 1 is in hopes that people who read the comments as a 1 understand and see the truth.Though I agree it is bad sales tactics and very misleading, the bottom line is there is no annual fee for basic service!
