We had high hopes for this, but it was not to be. First, we could not get the frame to fit together. You have to be strong or have a pneumatic tool to spread the frame and get it into the other side. Second, the knots on the outer frame were zip tied, and looked like they would fall a part if more than one kid sat on the net. Finally, the instructions were just pictures, and not very clear. We wanted to like this but, it was a no go for us. EDIT: We have been trying to return this as well. I have traded emails with the seller over the last few days. They are doing everything to try and NOT issue a refund. The emails are also written by someone who is not a native English speaker, which leads me to believe that the seller might be out of the country?! Very frustrating! PS: I have attached a photo of the swing. We (two strong adults) cannot get the ring to stretch out far enough to put this together.
