The unit that was sent to me was dead on arrival. I've reached out twice about getting help or a replacement but I'm not getting a response. Maybe the office is closed of covid? but that's a job that doesn't really need a office and could probably be outscored so i don't see why someone can't touch base with me at the very least. For the time being its a 200+$ paper weight... At least it looks cool. For real though, someone please get in touch with me.
