LEAKS after 4 weeks of use.
I was very excited for this cold pack for my back. Though, I started to feel like it was not full enough of the cold gel...as if the cold gel would all go to one side of the pack and then the other side had none...then I noticed the gel leaking out of 3 spots at the seams (see attached photo and I underlined the leaks in red). I do not know how long it had been leaking out...I noticed it after having it for 4 weeks. I am super disappointed. I emailed the seller and I am hoping to hear back to see if they will replace it.
