So disappointed. I rarely leave reviews, but really had to this time. I loved the Otterbox Symmetry series for my iPhone XS Max (has multiple colors) and I loved the way the Stardust (Glitter) Symmetry looked on my new silver iPhone 11 Pro Max. Unfortunately, I’m going to return the case because for some reason the button placement on the case keeps lowering the volume, whether I’m talking on it or listening to music. It’s really annoying when I’m talking on the phone and have to turn the volume up over and over while I’m trying to hold a conversation. Initially I thought it was a quirk with the phone but decided to put another case on it and the problem ceased. I put the Symmetry case back on my phone again to see if I just had it on wrong the first time and it had the same problem. Leaving 1 star because the case is pretty and 1 star because it seems to provide a lot of protection, but if the phone won’t function properly, what’s the point?
