Box arrived in good condition... but the treadmill do not work... after hours putting the parts together... the panel just displays Hello!!!.... and when i press any button beeps 3 times!!! And nothing else.... I owed a older model years ago and that machine still working and its at my parents house... now i order this one with biggest hopes.... and Its not Working!!! Update! I ask Amazon for a replacement... they did send me other...( I do love Amazon) when i put the machine together the same thing happened... panel just say hello and nothing else.and the buttons beeps 3 time and done.. BUT..... i figured out Reading!! In order to activate the console of the Treadmil you need to: Download the ifit app to your phone or tablet (you can also do it with a computer, but this is another process) You can skip the part of the subscription to the Ifit program... so go all the way to the bottom and hit No thanks) Then if you do it with a tablet o cellphone you can activate the treadmill console with the Bluetooth. Also make sure the treadmill is on and the key is in the middle of the console. Then your treadmill will work !! Weslo!! was not a good idea de activation through the internet. When we buy a treadmill wevexpect to connect to the electricity and hit start and we done....
