UPDATE: Zinus, Inc. has a failing grade with the BBB and hundreds of unresolved complaints regarding this product, and I have submitted my own complaints as well as information to the Federal Trade Commission to investigate for consumer protection advocacy. Most individuals who have reviewed this product are happy in the first day or two, but it breaks down within a year. Do not purchase this mattress or either Zinus products—they do not stand by the warranty or consumer, and keep you in an endless loop of delay before rejection (serious, I’m dozens of emails deep with this company). Original review: I bought this product in August of 2018, and had expansion issues at purchase, but mistakenly let it go...and it was the worst year of sleep in my entire life with failing memory foam, and seam issues (fiber glass is used inside the mattress as well). I decided a couple of weeks ago that it was time to bite the bullet and purchase a new mattress, which is not a small investment...and began my “10-Year Warranty” process with one of their representatives. It has been a MESS. I provided invoices, screenshots of all support items bought (Zinus brand), pictures of the manufacture date and tags (clear), the mattress protector, the mattress, and clearly informed Zinus days before the old mattress was due to be hauled away and recycled (out of my own pocket), including confirmation that company was coming to haul my old mattress away. They have spent the last five days going back and forth with me on the issue, missing all the details and photos I’ve provided twice (same service representative), and just today after “fully understanding” that I’ve submitted multiple clear sources of other information have asked me to provide additional photos of the mattress. I’m so stubborn and upset, I think I’m going to drive myself to the landfill, and see if they happen to have memory foam shredded somewhere to take a photo of THAT. After this experience, I’d highly advise against purchasing anything from Zinus. I’m not a dolt, read the fine print, registered the product, provided the information and clear photos, took care of business... and they do everything in their power to drag their feet.
