USB Ports are unusable
I bought the 400 watt Suaoki Portable Power Supply and have owned it a week now. I charged it by the 120vac connection and tried it out on my CPAP machine. I turned down the climate control to 70 degrees. It was still providing power when I got up 7 hours later. I like that it's light weight and easy to carry around. It has solar charging capability and car starting capability which are great features. I have solar panels so I'll experiment with that this summer. I bought this on a lightning deal for a good price. It was less than half the price of the popular solar generator sold on here. I still haven't found a use for the two little round 12V 3A DC connections on the front panel. If anyone has something that connects to these please let me know. I'll update as I use the unit.
**UPDATE on 400 watt unit**
The first time I used the USB ports the plastic piece inside them that the USB cable slides over came out when the cable was unplugged leaving bare prongs showing. I was unable to get the plastic pieces back in place. This leaves the USB ports unusable. What makes it worse is I reached out to Suaoki with no response.
