I bought this product 1 month ago and I used my phone number to sign up in the Mi Home mobile app. Very few people have my phone number, and I put it on the national DNC list back in 2017. I barely use my phone and I rarely used to get any calls. However, since 1 day after signing up for a RoboRock account (using my phone number), I have been getting 1-3 calls EVERY DAY from robo-callers (in both English and Chinese) offering me loans, insurance, pain medication or claiming to represent the IRS. The numbers have the same area code as my number, or are from other big cities in the US. This has been going on for 1 month now and is completely ridiculous. The vacuum itself works well, and the mopping feature is great. That being said, I would not trust this company with my data.
