Does not work when having to use keypad entries
I have to make a lot of calls to doctors offices as my son has a medical condition which means a lot of "press 1 for (insert doctors name here)". However, no matter which offices I call or which numbers I have to press, it does not register on the other end so I can never get through to anyone from my house number.
