The chain kept coming off and I tightened it several times. It got to the point where I had to tighten it after just 1 or 2 minutes of use, continuously. In opening the cover to access the chain wheel, one of the parts fell off. I called Greenworks helpline. First, they gave me instructions on how to tighten the chain. I said a part was missing now. After putting me on hold, they directed me to my local hardware store to buy the part. This for a product that has a 4 year warranty. I then asked if there was a local repair shop I could take it to. They said no. All of this took 40 minutes on the phone. Defective product, did not offer to fix it and now it's going in the trash. I have several other Greenwork products so this is very disappointing.
