Did not fully decompress & cut badly. Disappointed.
I have purchased these foam toppers in the past and never had an issue. However, the topper I received from ExceptionalSheets did not fully de-compress, even after sitting out for 5 days, poking and massaging the full topper. Also, it was cut badly & crooked, so that a good 3" gap was present on one of the corners when lined up on the bed. Very disappointed -- it's going back.
