I was looking for a mat with a little more substance, to give me extra support when doing pushups and workouts on the mat. This mat is very thick and comfortable. It feels great for my back and wrists. However, this product description is not accurate. This mat is not anti-slip at all. I've almost slipped multiple times stepping on it while on hardwood floors and that is quite dangerous. It is also not anti-tear. My mat has multiple tears on it from only a few weeks of use. The mat is also very stretchy which makes doing planks and push-ups very difficult. The product came with a 2 year warranty, but when I tried to contact their support through email, I got no response and their phone number goes straight to a voicemail box that is full. I will continue to use this mat, but I'm very dissatisfied with the product description, their alleged 2 year warranty, and their customer support, which is basically nonexistent.
