Straps broke after a week of use. Resistance is pretty light compared to other machines. Finish chipping off track so action is not very smooth. Called trying to get replacement straps, still waiting.... never got a confirmation on when they will arrive. Update 8 months later- Never got replacement parts, every time I called it’s like they never talked to me before. What a joke.
