I received this item from Amazon and used it twice. After the second use the cover would not collapse correctly. So I sent photos of the item to Tovolo and asked whether I was doing anything wrong. Initially a nice lady at Tovolo (ici-usa.net) quickly replied and said it was a defective product and they would replace it and asked for my address. Then out of the clear blue some guy named Matthew Frank at Tovolo (ici-usa.net) wrote to me saying that Amazon had sold me a copy and not the real thing (despite me being able to produce receipts, a copy of the Amazon listing and even photos of the company labeling on the product). I guess they did not want to stand behind their product and used this as an excuse - really rather pathetic. I really don't have the time to spend arguing with Tovolo over a $9 item but "caveat emptor". Amazon was willing to refund money if I returned the cover but as I explained it really is not worth it to me to have to go out and buy a box and packing materials for this; then wait at home for UPS or take it to a UPS store (nearest being 30 miles) - all for $9.00.
