Ordered 3 of these for a trip on Delta, since it met the new Delta regs on luggage for overhead compartments. . Two cases were fine. however, the third had an immediate problem. I packed the case with a normal amount of clothes for a three day trip. It was by no means over packed. I lifted the case by the fixed handle located at the top of the case. I don't mean the extendible travel handle. I mean the other handle that you would use when lifting the case to put in an airplane overhead compartment. When I lifted the case, one side of the handle popped out of its fitting. The handle is fastened to the case by a pin that fits in a slot. I managed to put the handle back in, but it popped out every time I used it. Now the best part. Although the tag says, "Aerolite 5 Year Limited Warranty Certificate", there is NO information on how to return the item. No website, phone number, address or anything else. And, amazingly enough, NOTHING about Aerolite comes up on Google, other than a lot of people asking if anyone has ever been able to find contact information. Incredible.
