I am updating my previous review from March 23rd which I could not find on the product page. First, I heard from Alaska Bear almost immediately apologizing for my issue. Their customer service is great. Prior to my purchase on 3/23 I had bought 4 (not 3) of these masks and loved them. They were much better than a similar product mainly due to the way it connects in the back. Unfortunately, the last two were much larger and did not feel right on my face. I came across one I bought last year and have attached a photo showing the change in size. I am a woman and it was just too big. I am upgrading my review to 3 stars based on customer service. Thanks for reaching out!......I have previously purchased three of these masks. I am getting ready for surgery and I decided to order a new mask. The quality has seriously deteriorated. It is flimsy and does not have as much padding. Very disappointed.
