I've had this pan and the 9in for about 3 weeks. We've cooked eggs, pancakes and bacon in all of them. We are very disappointed in the non stick area of the pan. We never use high heat and always let the pans cool before hand washing them. They never go into the dishwasher. We have noticed a popping sound the pan makes as it cools. That in it self has made us a bit uncomfortable. None of my previous pans (not this brand) have ever done that. I would not recommend these pans as "non stick" it is a false description.
