Just received my heat press on Friday (8/25/17). Once I got it out of the box, I noticed a couple chips in the very front of the top plate. Other than that, it worked great the first day. Starting the day after I received my press, the timer function no longer works properly. Not sure if this is a malfunction or what? From the second I turn on my press, it's counting down (even when lid is open). I have to flick the power button on and off in order for timer to start over and even then it's counting down instantly. So I either have to make sure I am ready to press down once I flick my machine on and off or I have to set timer to 999 seconds and pay attention to the time to count down myself. Once the timer is completed the beeping is non stop & I can't stop the beeping unless I turn off my machine.
