Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

When I first bought it everything seemed fine. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to refiregerate the product and it had good reviews but after using for only a week in a glass of water I noticed that the liquid in the bottle began to smell horribly. I reached out to the distributor but it has been over two weeks and I have still not heard back. I’m not sure what happened but not happy with the product.
