01/03/2021: So far I am incredibly displeased with this mattress. I paid plenty for a 12” mattress, and I expect to get what I paid for. It has been unrolled and sitting for 36 hours, and still has not budged beyond 9.75”. I’ve even heated my apartment to an uncomfortably high temperature hoping that would help it along...to no avail. And if I were to sleep on it below 12”, it would be terribly uncomfortable as the casing is made for a 12” mattress. I would just slip and slide around as the case isn’t taut with that much room in it still not taken up. I had read such great reviews on this mattress, so I am especially disappointed. Extra so, as I gave away my old mattress, and now I’m stuck sleeping on my couch for who knows how long. If it doesn’t expand to where it should by tomorrow, I’m going to have to return it. So far, this has been a truly terrible experience.
