It's unfortunate I have to give them ANY star!! I purchased this product after reading many different product reviews and because it was made in the USA. I even set it up for subscribe and save....big mistake. One spray on my husbands prescription Oakley sunglasses and the coating started bubbling up. These sunglasses have been properly maintained without any product application prior to this product being applied. Not only did the spray RUIN the sunglasses, the condescending tones of the e-mail response from Kevin at Koala Kloth had a consistent "it can't be our product's fault, it has to be defective sunglasses, you must have used a dirty cloth that scratched them" & on down the list. I would never TRUST or RECOMMEND this product to anyone ever again. I gave the vendor multiple opportunities to rectify the situation, even offering to send pictures of the damage, only to be told "If this is a manufacturer's issue, would you acknowledge that maybe you're barking up the wrong tree and it's a manufacturer's issue with your lenses?" but without giving any consideration that it could be their defective product that caused the issue. Some "food for thought" (another smart comment in one of the e-mails) I've never had a problem with these sunglasses or any other product I've purchased from Oakley until this product was applied to the sunglasses which are now not useable. Absolute no thought given by the vendor that this could be a product issue or defective & may need to be evaluated on their end as such. "If water or any other product that you could have possibly previously used (but never had this issue) compromised it then Koala products just finished the job they would have started." I don't normally share bad reviews, but I will extend this same review on any outlet possible to warn others of what could come from using this product.
