This product works good. It has good suction and I like the self cleaning function and it's easy to use. But the red plastic /rubber brush breaks down and leaves red marks and red rubber pieces all over The item your cleaning. I was cleaning my matress and I guess I didn't notice this the chair is cleaned because it's in a darker room. See pictures attached to this review. I purchased this from amazon and I only used it twice . Just purchased it last month. So even though it works if you use it on a light colored carpet or upholstery you may end up with the red marks and pieces all over your carpet or furniture. Because this defeats the purpose of cleaning the item this product gets 1 star. I used this item with the company's cleaner hover clean plus.
