I was so excited to try this and gain extra space back in our drawer, but that has not worked out. First, the compartments are open on the inside, not separated like on the top, so things end up going sideways and getting all mixed together. Second, unless you’re have only 1 layer of utensils they stick up too high, making the drawer jam and not reopen. We also had to move things to different compartments than what is labeled in order to get longer spoons to even fit at all, so it’s hard for our kids and guests to even find things. Even I end up grabbing the wrong item bc you can’t see what you’re getting. This organizer has become way more of a hassle to deal with than the extra 3” of room we gained in the drawer and after 10 days of trying it out I’m switching back to our old silverware tray. I wish I’d just returned it earlier.
