Hasn't worked for me. Back to vinegar or Dawn...(see note - actually go with Hydrogen Peroxide!)
While I really like their detergent, this liquid does not work for me. I have used it as directed in my wash and I have also put it directly on the underarm area of shirts and still find some odor is left. I use natural deodorants like Pit Paste and Piper Wai so maybe it is the oils in these deodorants, but the only thing that seems to work is soaking them in vinegar or putting Dawn dish soap on the areas and then washing. Neither of which is ideal.
**9/22/16 Update**
Hi! Quick follow up! I kept researching and what HAS worked great for me is spritzing hydrogen peroxide on my shirts in the armpit area before I wash. It is extremely effective! You can just get a sprayer for one of those big brown bottles and keep in your closet. When you remove your clothes spritz the pit area and you will notice that the smell goes away after it dries. Obviously I wash too, but what I am saying is that I can tell right away that it is working. It has not faded or caused any problems with a variety of fabrics (sports clothes, nice shirts I wear with suits, etc). I even spray that area of my suit jackets after one wearing so that I don't have to dry clean after every single wearing like I did before. ;-) No smell! It is amazing, readily available and cheap.
