Both of my toddlers have these funtainer bottles which are fantastic. Unfortunately both kids like to chew on their straw which left me with "holy" straws. That in turn results in leaking which is not cool. Anyway - I was happy to see that replacement parts are easy to find but the price factor is just ridiculous to say the least. I contacted Thermos customer service and guess what!? They sell the replacement straw (silicone mouth piece plus the hard plastic straw part) for only $1 each plus $3 flat rate for shipping and handling!!!!! I just ordered 4 replacement straws for a total of $7 shipped! Be smart and go through Thermos Customer Service
