The online description sounded great but I was ultimately very disappointed with this product
Product description says comprehensive B-vitamin complex, the B-1 is Thiamin Mononitrate in this product. Thiamin Mononitrate is a synthetic form of B-1. Excess B-1 is typically excreted from the body but this synthetic form is fat soluble which can accumulate in the liver and cause damage. (1500%DV 22.5mg in this product)Please read the label and look into the contents carefully. The online description sounded great but I was ultimately very disappointed with this product.
