I followed the instructions. 1) Plugged it in to the iPad. 2) Installed the app. 3) Clicked back up. It went through the motions of backing up the videos and 3940 pictures. Then I plugged it in to my computer and opened Windows explorer to look at the files. There are approximately 320 files in the "All Photos" folder it created on the stick. Of those 320 files, there are 62 "jpg" files. All the rest are garbage that you can't open. The "Video" folder is exactly the same. Epic failure. Looks to be a piece of junk that destroyed all the pictures and videos. I will be tossing this in the garbage.
