This hub was not "plug and play". I'm running the latest updated version of Win10 on a gaming PC and needed to prompt Windows to do a scan for updates so that it could find the drivers needed to run this hub. The on/off buttons for each port are nice and it worked with thumb drives although the small transfers I did seemed to move at USB 2 speeds (I was using 16gb USB 3 sticks). While thumb drives worked, I purchased this for seldom used external, USB 3.0 HDD, and plugging just one 2tb drive (I tried Western Digital and Seagate) into the hub resulted in incredibly slow processing to open the first level and then failed upon trying to go any deeper into the drive, resulting in the warning in the attached screenshot. This is with nothing but one external drive plugged in and turned on. Extremely disappointing and a waste of time and money.
