I would not recommend this product based on my experience. Their customer service is absolutely HORRID! I also believe it is actually the makeup itself that clogs the machine. The stylus kept clogging so much that I purchased a new one, only to have it happen again and again, even after taking the thing apart and cleaning it thoroughly. I then decided to discontinue using Luminess and I purchased the Dinair system, which has been around longer. Dinair however doesn't spend money on infomercials like Luminess and they have great customer testimonials and reviews. Dinair has a citrus airbrush cleaner that you can use to maintain the system as well as additional tools, i.e., a docking jar, rinse jars and cleaner brushes, to name a few. On top of that it was less expensive, they seem to have a MUCH wider selection of colors and they have a TON of other cool things/ways to use the system. Anyway, I alternated between both machines and at the same time alternating between the two company's makeup in them. The Luminess product clogged both machines, no matter which I used. The Dinair product NEVER clogged -- in either machine. My daughter wound up purchasing the Dinair product based on my review and experience. Hopes this helps someone. Thanks for reading!
