Ok so I received the two pack system today and I wanted to do an early review. The cameras are super easy to set up and come fully charged. The base is odd shaped and doesn't fit in my server rack standing up. It has to be connected via cat5 but will work off a switch. Not sure why they couldn't do A wifi since you can get 75mb off wireless these days. The cameras did give me some problem and did disconnect often. This was difficult to work with since my cameras are located outside. I had to keep going to the base which is located in my server rack upstairs. The video is great and the battery seems to be really good for now. Only one day so we will see. The camera has no zone recording feature which means if you put this outside your front door it's going to be sending you alerts all night long. Really needed recording areas to make this work. Low light and darkness look great. Distance is about 75ft and that's all. Could not update firmware at all. Tried a dozen times and it would not allow for an upgrade. Had to remove the battery and try and after ten times one camera took and then the other. Set up would be 3 stars as well. Wasted a lot of time trying to upgrade firmware. Video recording seems to be iffy as I have lots of videos of cars driving by but only half of the car is recorded or mid screen. Notice the pic attached the car is off the screen and it's at 0 time on the video. Still to early to call but no wireless on the base and poor recording quality put this unit at a 3 star rating. I'm sure in time this unit will be perfected but for now it's got a lot of kinks. Ok update day 3 : Overnight the cameras did not record or alert to any movement. I live in a very busy development where I know there was movement all night. I also woke up to 40 degrees weather and a warning on each camera "charging paused" due to low temp???? If this happens now I can't see these working in the winter or when it's snowing. Also the camera was completely fogged up (see photo) and could not take any live or recorded videos.
