Received a 4W light, not 50W
The USB power adapter provided with this light is rated for 2A and 5v. The light pulls 0.75-0.78A at 5.25v (0.78x5.25=4.095w). The seller advertises this as a 50w light and sent me a 4w light. The arms are stiff and can be positioned without flopping around. The clip seems sturdy and holds the light to a table securely.
