Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was blown away by this pan at first. My omelets were practically levitating in the pan, it was THAT non-stick. But now, three months later, EVERYTHING sticks to this pan. I should have believed the negative reviews. Usually, I figure that if there are 10 five-star reviews for every 1-star, then the 1-star people are just crotchety. But in this case, well, the 1-stars are right. It may be that the people who are happy with this pan just don't cook that much. It WAS great for the first 50 or so uses.
