Let me first say that my three children were very happy with this bounce house when we first got it. It seemed to function as it should, it inflated and deflated very quickly and provided hours of entertainment. However upon inflating it for only the third time I discovered a large separation in the seams in the doorway at the bottom of the slide. This item is described as commercial grade and highly durable, with a max weight capacity of 1200 pounds. I think someone added a zero to that number because the combined total weight of the only three children bouncing in this castle was under 120 pounds, yet somehow the seams couldn't handle it. And I am not an absentee parent...these kids were supervised at all times by multiple adults when in this thing. I only gave this two stars because it was very nice while it lasted. I may as well have set $1500 on fire. I should have because at least then my kids wouldn't be devastated. Upon contacting customer service I was told I had three options. I could use the patch kit that came with the bounce house (I don't know how that is supposed to fix a perpendicular seam properly...), I could ship it back at my cost to be fixed by them (it weighs 204 lbs...), or since I am local I could drive it to them and save the shipping costs (I don't know what their idea of local is but they are in FL and I am in NY...). This product is clearly falsely represented. I usually don't write reviews and just suck it up when I am disappointed with a product, but I don't want anyone else to make such a costly mistake.
