OMG. I can't believe someone would pay 200 dollars for a blender then justify the horrible control by the way someone applies or disassembles the blade assembly. This machine does a wonderful job of liquifying ingredients but the quality control of the mechanics is horrible. I loved what it does to the ingredients for each drink. Hard seeds like blueberry and raspberry completely disinigrate. All this perfection does no good if the machine falls apart. Two of my machines have chewed up the gasket and one just quit working. I don't know why they can't produce a machine that does not have a removable gasket. I have tried every way that can be imagined to make sure the gasket stays in place and the blade removing tool is where I started. Nothing worked. It kept coming out until the blades would get ahold of it. The blades would chew it up and the gasket would twist around the blades. I hate it because this machine does what it says it will do. I am so upset at nutribullet for creating something that works but has one flaw that destroys the out come. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NUTRIBULLET, FIND A WAY TO KEEP THE GASKET IN THE BLADE ASSEMBLY.
