Do your research on how Sam -E is absorbed.
Returned it. Sam - E does not survive in the stomach needs to be enteric coated to be effective. Also the capsule are 500 and recommended three a day. So the bottle is deceiving. I called the reorder number on the bottle to inquire about the capsules and their answer was that they only sell in all their supplements capsules - interesting answer. When I asked about the 500 mg they told me to read the label that you are to take three. HMMM but the label clearly states 1500mg 180 count. And the blurb on the listing 90 count. Anyway I give it 0 stars.
