I put it together and then set up my work station. This consists of a laptop on a dock and two 22" monitors. The first night, I used it for hours splitting up my sitting and standing time for every thirty minutes using the included timer. The second night I used it, it rose to my standing position without issue, but every time I tried to lower it, it would begin to lower then abruptly stop and then raise a few inches. I would hit my saved 'sitting' position on the keypad and it would begin to lower again and then abruptly stop again. Using the manual down arrow to lower it has the same effect. The second night, it would stop 2-3 times before it would lower completely. Now, a week later, it stops 10-12 times while attempting to lower it. It is obvious that it is going to completely fail at some point very soon, most likely in an unusable position. For over $350, I was hoping it would work longer than the very first night I used it. I can't believe how disappointed I am. I thought I had found a really great product, but it's not and I feel totally ripped off.
